“Zoom” video conferencing platform

Zoom is an online videoconferencing platform used by Trinity Examination Services Sdn Bhd, and its associate companies and associates for online training and information meetings.

When a user chooses to register for an online appointment on the Zoom platform, as regards the processing of personal data, he can refer to the Zoom policy which we invite you to view on the zoom.us/privacy website, being a third party with respect to Trinity Examination Services Sdn Bhd.

 

Our role

Trinity Examination Service Sdn Bhd, is the data controller for any personal information we collect about you through the sites mentioned in this privacy policy.

As data controllers, we are committed to protecting your privacy at all times in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use or processing of personal data, and any subsequent legislation on data protection, and to any regulation in force in Malaysia at the time of data collection.

By simply visiting our sites, you will not disclose any personal data nor do we collect personal data about you.

 

When and what personal information do we collect?

For legal persons, such as companies, limited liability companies and other organizations established, in accordance with the data protection laws, Trinity Examination Services Sdn Bhd adopts an “opt-out” policy. This means that we will continue to contact those companies with news and information about our products and services until we are informed that this communication is no longer necessary.

If you (whether you are a natural or legal person) wish to be removed from our direct marketing list and do not wish to receive further information from us (opt-out), you can send us an email at info@trinitycollege.com.my , and once we receive this information, we will remove you from our database.

Trinity Examination Services Sdn Bhd does not send spam of any kind. Should you believe that you are a victim of Spam, please report it to us promptly by writing to info@trinitycollege.com.my so as to allow us to take appropriate measures.
