“Zoom” video conferencing platform
Zoom is an online videoconferencing platform used by Trinity Examination Services Sdn Bhd, and its associate companies and associates for online training and information meetings.
When a user chooses to register for an online appointment on the Zoom platform, as regards the processing of personal data, he can refer to the Zoom policy which we invite you to view on the zoom.us/privacy website, being a third party with respect to Trinity Examination Services Sdn Bhd.
Our role
Trinity Examination Service Sdn Bhd, is the data controller for any personal information we collect about you through the sites mentioned in this privacy policy.
As data controllers, we are committed to protecting your privacy at all times in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use or processing of personal data, and any subsequent legislation on data protection, and to any regulation in force in Malaysia at the time of data collection.
By simply visiting our sites, you will not disclose any personal data nor do we collect personal data about you.
