This is to confirm that I, the undersigned, consent to the usage of any videos and/ or photos submitted to Trinity College London for their own promotional purposes only. Trinity College London will ensure those photos and/ or videos will not be shared with any other parties. I have read the terms and conditions for the in-person performance and I agree to abide by and accept all terms stated. A fee of RM20 will be charged for each performer registered. For avoidance of doubt, each performance item is ONE fee; e.g.

Participant A registers for two solo performances = 2 x RM20

Participant B registers for one solo performance and one group performance = 2 x RM20

Group A has 5 performers = 5 x RM20

Free admission for audience.
